I am maintaining this site as part of my research for a book entitled "Legal English for China." It is written and formatted to make it easier for Chinese businesses and students to understand US contract law. It also provides a comparative law analysis of contract law in the US and China. Finally, it gives readers a basic introduction to the main international trade organizations (WTO, IMF & WB) involved with trade between China and the US.
